Nick Parker - Director

Nick has worked in financial services his entire career and has over 27 years experience as a Financial Adviser. Nick set up IFP Associates in 2007 and has overseen steady growth in the business since that time. He is responsible for all retirement and investment advice as well as holistic financial planning for a large number of clients mostly in Norfolk but also countrywide. In his spare time Nick enjoys travel and various outdoor activities, as well as a keen passion for following his not so local football team, Nottingham Forest.

Maria Frostick - Sales Support Officer

Maria has worked in financial services over 20 years and worked with Nick at his previous firm prior to joining IFP Associates in 2007. Maria’s main responsibilities are ensuring the business is compliant and new business processing, along with assisting clients in the day to day administration of their accounts. Maria’s interests away from the office include going to the gym, walking and travel.

Tamara Parfitt - Investment Review Assistant

Tamara joined us in April 2021 following a varied career history including 14 years with Royal Bank of Scotland. Tamara mainly concentrates on the investment side of the business, assisting with the research and preparation for investment and pension reviews. Outside of the office Tamara likes to keep fit and enjoys paddleboarding amongst other activities.

Sharron Lee - Mortgage Adviser

Sharron joined us in 2016 after spending her entire working career in banking. Sharron qualified as a mortgage adviser in 2019 and is responsible for advising on and arranging mortgages for a diverse range of clients all over the United Kingdom. Sharron spends her spare time swimming, socialising and on holiday!

Nicky Vickery - Sales Support Administrator

Nicky joined us in 2020 having left a large high street bank after 40 years. Nicky’s role is to assist Sharron with existing client’s mortgages and help arrange protection policies. Nicky also helps keep the companies accounts up to date. Nicky likes to spend her spare time with friends and family.

Esther Jack - Mortgage Advice Support

Esther joined us in July 2022, after 26 years in the banking sector, primarily at Virgin One Account in Norwich. Esther’s role is to support Sharron with new mortgage enquiries. In her spare time Esther likes to keep fit and walk her cockapoo.
